A special meeting of Las Rosas Condominium Association was held on December 9, 2021 by email. Paula Steinert (president) notified the owners (see email attached below) that due to an increase in the cost of our insurance, the quarterly fee should be raised from $325 to $350.
The suggestion was approved unanimously.
Submitted for approval by Robert Sacks, secretary, on February 25, 2022.
Approved by the members at the Association meeting on March 8, 2022.

Subject: Condo Insurance
Hello neighbors,
I received notice that the yearly premium for our condo insurance has been raised from $2,943 to $3,310 starting 11/28/21. The reason given is that the adjustment is “based on estimated increases in the past year’s construction and repair costs, as well as other inflationary factors, such as rising labor costs and normal business growth.”
Our book keeper estimates that in order to cover the increase going forward we should increase our quarterly payment by $25, from $325 to $350. That amount will be reflected in her quarterly reminders to us.
Sending wishes for a wonderful holiday season, and keep safe out there!
Paula
