Call to order

This meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Rosas Condominium Association was called to order at 702 Rio Grande Avenue at 7:30 pm MT on July 23, 2022 by Paula Steinert (president) with Robert Sacks as secretary.

Directors in attendance: Paula Steinert, Randy Wohlford.

Other attendees: Claudia Wohlford, Robert Sacks.

New business

The board voted unanimously to pay $10 to the New Mexico secretary of state to file a supplemental report to update information about directors and officers.

The board reviewed, edited, and unanimously approved a letter (attached below) to be sent by the president by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Courtney Cutter, owner of Cutter Properties LLC which owns unit 3.

The meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm MT.
