Call to order

This meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Rosas Condominium Association was called to order at 1:35 pm MT on February 24, 2023 by Paula Steinert (President). It was held by phone with the agreement of all directors in compliance with the First Amendment to the Bylaws.

Directors in attendance: Paula Steinert, Randy Wohlford.

Appointment of acting secretary

Because the Secretary was not present, by unanimous vote, the Board appointed Paula Steinert to record minutes during this meeting.

Election

The Board conducted the annual election of officers mandated by section 4.2 of the Bylaws. The President announced that Robert Sacks had informed her that he declines re-election as Secretary. The following officers were elected unanimously.

President: Paula Steinert (re-elected)
Vice-president: Claudia Wohlford (re-elected)
Treasurer: Randy Wohlford (re-elected)

The position of Secretary was left vacant.

New business

The Board voted unanimously to open a new checking account at Century Bank to replace the existing checking account at US Bank.

Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 1:55 pm MT.
