Call to order

This meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Rosas Condominium Association was called to order at 11:00 am on June 17, 2024 by Paula Steinert (President). It was held at the condominium with the agreement of all directors in compliance with the First Amendment to the Bylaws.

Directors in attendance: Paula Steinert, Randy Wohlford.

Also in attendance: Claudia Wohlford (Vice-president), Clarabelle Wohlford.

Appointment of acting secretary

Because the office of Secretary is vacant, by unanimous vote, the Board appointed Paula Steinert to record minutes during this meeting.

Approval of minutes

The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the Board meeting of April 13, 2024.

New business

The board agreed unanimously to dismiss Jolana Janisova, the condominium’s bookkeeper, and pay up to $30 per month for online invoice/payment software.

Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 11:20 am.
