Call to order

This meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Rosas Condominium Association was called to order at 11:00 am on November 6, 2024 by Paula Steinert (President).

Directors in attendance: Paula Steinert, Randy Wohlford.

Appointment of acting secretary

Because the office of Secretary is vacant, by unanimous vote, the Board appointed Paula Steinert to record minutes during this meeting.

New business

The Board agreed unanimously to approve the following budget for galvanizing and powder coating the sewage pump well cover. It authorized the President to bill each owner for one third of the budgeted amount and to pay out the budgeted monies. In the event that the powder coating company charges more than it estimated, the President was authorized to pay the excess.

Work is to be done by Prescott Studio at 1127 Siler Park Ln, Santa Fe.
