THE WILSON ADDITION is a subdivision added to Santa Fe in 1946. It’s bounded on the west by Arroyo del Rosario; on the east by Chamisa Street (renamed Rio Grande Place by the City Council in 1962); and on the south by Griffin Street.

The condominium is located at its southwest corner.

Advertisement in the Santa Fe New Mexican, November 18, 1946. Star Lumber was at 400 Griffin Street at Paseo de Peralta.
