Renters are required by their leases to follow the rules in the condominium’s Bylaws and Declaration as amended. On this page we’ll summarize some of those rules. The list on this page is not complete. For a complete list, see the Bylaws and Declaration and their amendments.
The mininum rental period is one year.
Smoking is prohibited on the condominium property including interiors of units.
Units can be used only as single-family residences. Commercial activity is not allowed.
The condominium is a single building. Renters share that building with other residents. Renters and their guests may not do anything that creates an annoyance or nuisance to other residents.
