Call to order

This meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Rosas Condominium Association was called to order at 11:16 am on July 28, 2026 by Paula Steinert (President).

Directors in attendance: Paula Steinert, Randy Wohlford.

Also in attendance: Robert Sacks, Secretary.

New business

The Board agreed unanimously to accept Robert Sacks's withdrawal of his resignation as Secretary and affirmed that he remains in that position.

New business

The Board agreed unanimously to make the following changes to the list of authorized signers on the Association's checking account:

(1) Remove Jolana Janisova.

(2) Add Robert Sacks.

The Board instructed the President and Secretary to draft and sign a formal resolution to this effect and present it to the bank (see Resolution 2026-07-28).

The meeting adjourned at 11:25 am.
