THE CONDOMINIUM was created in December 2004 by Lisa K. Ray and Dr. Karl Arthur Ray. Dr. Ray is a practicing psychiatrist affiliated with Christus St. Vincent hospital in Santa Fe.

They bought the property (lots 25, 26, 27, and 28 of the Wilson Addition) from Frank and Lionicia J. Garcia on January 9, 2004 (see county clerk instrument 1309118).

About thirteen months later, on February 8, 2005, they sold the first unit (number 3). For a list of all the unit sales and purchasers, see Owner history.
