IN 2010 THE SCHOOL FOR ADVANCED RESEARCH granted 1047.5 square feet of land to Las Rosas. Because this land was a narrow sliver sandwiched between the arroyo and the condominium, it was presumably worthless to the School. We don’t know whether the condominium paid anything.

In 2012 this land was assigned to units as follows:

Unit 1: Nothing.

Unit 2: 852.9 square feet.

Unit 3: 194.6 square feet.
