Call to order

This organizational meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Rosas Condominium Association was called to order at 7:45 pm MT on February 25, 2022 by Paula Steinert (president) with Rob Sacks as acting secretary.

Directors in attendance: Paula Steinert, Randy Wohlford.

Directors not in attendance: Barbara Gardner.

Other attendees: Claudia Wohlford, Rob Sacks.

Election

The Board elected the following officers by unanimous vote:

President: Paula Steinert (re-elected)
Vice-president: Claudia Wohlford
Treasurer: Randy Wohlford
Secretary: Rob Sacks

New business

The board voted unanimously to reimburse Paula Steinert for postage for notifications for Association meetings.

The board voted unanimously to pay for Zoom for meetings.

Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 7:58 pm MT.
